Control software, HMI, on-site commissioning and after-sales support for foldable smartphone dispensing equipment based on a Beckhoff CX2040 controller and TwinCAT 3.
Project Background
The equipment was developed for adhesive-dispensing processes involving foldable smartphone components. The machine builder required support with control-solution assessment, software development and on-site commissioning, with a program structure suitable for equipment operation, future expansion and long-term maintenance.
Kelite Scope
Kelite participated in the early technical assessment and planned the software architecture around the equipment process and control requirements. The application was developed for a Beckhoff CX2040 controller in TwinCAT 3, using object-oriented programming to organise equipment units and functional modules. Kelite completed the control software and HMI, supported on-site commissioning and continued to provide after-sales technical assistance following delivery.
Delivered Result
The control software, HMI and equipment commissioning were completed successfully. The equipment entered production and maintained stable operation, with a structured software foundation for future maintenance and functional expansion.
