PROJECT DELIVERY VALUE

Make project schedules and delivery risks more controllable

Clear scope, parallel development and phased validation help organise engineering work, identify interface risks earlier and reduce late-stage rework.

01

More Controllable Schedules

Development, validation and site preparation are divided into reviewable milestones instead of accumulating near the delivery date.

02

More Efficient Engineering Investment

Service scope can follow the machine, functional module or project stage, reducing duplicated development, platform trial-and-error and late rework.

03

Earlier Technical Risk Review

Control platforms, motion concepts, communications and data interfaces are reviewed before field integration.

04

More Complete Handover

Agreed backups, parameters, issue records and maintenance information support acceptance and future service.

AUTOMATION SERVICE FAQ

Automation Engineering Service FAQs

Key points commonly confirmed before project implementation, including technical scope, assessment, delivery methods and handover.

  • 01Scope Definition
  • 02Project Assessment
  • 03Development & Commissioning
  • 04Handover & Support
01What automation engineering services does Kelite provide?

Depending on project needs, Kelite provides PLC and motion-control development, HMI, C# and Qt industrial applications, communications and data interfaces, machine commissioning, software optimisation and follow-up technical support. The technical scope can be defined by complete machine, functional module or project phase.

02What information is needed before a project starts?

Recommended inputs include the machine function, process flow, electrical drawings, I/O list, control platform, communication interfaces, cycle-time requirements and target milestones. An initial technical discussion can begin before every document is complete.

03How are the schedule and service fee assessed?

The assessment considers the work scope, control platform, functional complexity, number of interfaces, site conditions and delivery plan. Once requirements are confirmed, the technical scope, deliverables, estimated schedule and fee are clarified.

04Do you support remote development and on-site technical support?

Yes. Remote development, online reviews, on-site commissioning and post-delivery technical support can be arranged according to the project stage, machine status, location and site conditions.

05How are project information and software protected?

A confidentiality agreement can be signed when required, with controlled access to drawings, software and process information. Customer names, site photographs and project details are not published without authorisation.

06What can be handed over when the project is completed?

According to the agreed scope, handover can include source files, project backups, parameter records, issue logs, operation or maintenance notes, essential training and follow-up technical support.

PROJECT CONSULTATION

Submit your requirements for an initial technical assessment

Share the machine type, control platform, functional scope, current stage and target milestones. We will begin by reviewing technical feasibility, implementation scope, interface conditions and handover requirements.

An initial discussion can begin even if the project information is not yet complete.
