Electrical design, control software, C# supervisory software, on-site commissioning and after-sales support for Cover Glass assembly equipment using a Beckhoff C6930 industrial PC and an Inovance AC801 controller.
Project Background
The equipment was developed for automated placement of smartphone Cover Glass components. The project required electrical design and drawings, control software, a C# supervisory application and equipment commissioning, with coordinated operation across the control platforms and software functions.

Kelite completed the electrical drawings and developed the control software around the Beckhoff C6930, Inovance AC801 and their corresponding TwinCAT and CODESYS platforms. The work also included the C# supervisory application, on-site software commissioning, operating-logic optimisation and technical problem solving.
